Being vertically integrated, our in-house construction management team, systems and expertise allows us to renovate projects at a lower costs AND higher quality than our competition. Nate's philosophy is put in "A" quality renovation and interior finishes

Being vertically integrated, our in-house construction management team, systems and expertise allows us to renovate projects at a lower costs AND higher quality than our competition. Nate's philosophy is put in "A" quality renovation and interior finishes in "B" or "C" areas (while keeping our costs down) in order to achieve higher than market rents and strong occupancy both in our apartments and hotel projects.

As we expand our hotel platform, Daniel's expertise becomes even more crucial so we can raise the needed capital to bring our projects launched and executed with excellence.

WHY NASSAU INVESTMENTS

Creative or "Out of the Box" Thinking

For example, we acquired a 48-unit building with only 8 units occupied but in 60 days got it to 100% occupancy by getting a government housing program to lease the entire building to a special interest group (example: homeless veterans, etc). As a result, we sold this building for over a $1 MILLION profit in just 6 years. This is just one example of creativity or "out of the box" thinking that we employ in acquiring and managing our investment properties.
